CP Care have been a wonderful support to Mum and to us as a family. Emma and Hilary are kind, caring and patient, and it gives us real peace of mind knowing that Mum has people around her who genuinely care about her and treat her with kindness and respect. As a family we would be lost without them.

I am somewhat disabled but not so bad that I can't be taken out. I think this service is invaluable to people like me who otherwise may not have a lifeline to get out and about safely. My own personal helper has become a friend as well.
Highly recommend CP Care. I was looking for someone to support my elderly parents with day-to-day support. Emma came recommended and I immediately knew, at our first meeting, that Emma was perfect! Emma has a very warm, smiling, personality and proved to be reliable, punctual, flexible and trustworthy. She became a big hit with Mum and Dad and she easily blended into their home routine to assist Dad with Mum’s care and quickly adjusted to the needs of the moment. I felt reassured that Mum & Dad were in Emma’s capable but caring hands.

When we first made the decision to have a carer for my mum, I was naturally quite anxious and worried about how she would feel about having someone new come into her life. She has always been a fiercely independent woman. I needn’t have worried. From the very beginning, Emma made everything feel so easy and natural.
In just four months, Emma has made such a wonderful difference to my mum’s life. She has brought so much energy, fun, laughter and joy back into my mum’s days. Her warmth, kindness and wonderful sense of humour have helped bring out a side of my mum that I was worried we might never see again. She welcomes Emma with open arms and big hugs when she sees her.
Emma has also managed to encourage my mum to do things that, as her daughter, I simply couldn’t get her to do. She has a very special way with her, making my mum feel comfortable, supported and happy.
It is difficult to put into words just how grateful we are for everything Emma has done in such a short space of time. She hasn’t just come into our lives as my mum’s carer — she has brought happiness, laughter and a renewed sense of joy into our home. As a carer, she raises my spirits as well as my mum’s.
We feel incredibly lucky to have Emma, and I will always be thankful for the difference she has made to my mum and to all of us.
I've known Emma for many years, long before she began caring for my auntie, so I knew she was the perfect person to take on such an important role.
After losing my grandparents, it meant everything to know my auntie was in such caring and compassionate hands. Emma has provided exceptional care and continues to go above and beyond, treating my auntie like one of her own family.

Following the loss of our Mum under difficult circumstances my sister required support alongside what as a family we could support, having tried other care agencies which failed. CP Care, Emma came along at the right time she supported my sister with compassion, individual care and companionship.
She helped my sister find her voice and allowed her to move forward to next steps. Also giving us the support and respite to allow us to carry on supporting and navigate the right care and support for the wellbeing of my sister.
Even now since moving to supported living CP Care still support periodically which has helped her transition and she looks forward to her social events that Emma accompanies her to.
