CP Care is based in Pontarddulais, Swansea and led by Emma, with a background in Health and Social Care.

We are a small, independent care and support service helping people to live well, independently and with confidence.

Staff are qualified, hold an enhanced DBS and have insurance.

We believe that getting older should never mean losing your independence, your choices or the things that make you who you are.

We provide compassionate, person-centred care and support to help older people continue living well in their own homes and remain connected to the people, places and communities that matter to them.

Our aim is simple

To make a genuine difference to people's lives.

We take the time to get to know each person as an individual — their interests, routines, preferences, abilities and what is important to them. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our support is tailored around the individual, helping them to maintain their independence while providing reassurance, companionship and practical support when it is needed.

Supporting people to age well: Ageing well is about much more than meeting someone's care needs. It is about helping people continue to enjoy life, stay active and engaged, maintain relationships and have a sense of purpose.

CP Care was founded by Emma Heatley, whose passion is to provide care that is genuinely personal and focused on the individual.

In March 2026, Emma was honoured with the ‘Outstanding Care and Compassion’ award through We Care Wales.

This recognition reflects the values that are at the heart of CP Care — kindness, compassion, dignity, respect and making a genuine difference to the lives of the people we support.

For CP Care, it is a wonderful achievement and a reminder of why we do what we do — to make a positive difference to people's lives, one person at a time.
